"We decided to move overseas for my husbands' business. And had chosen to organise the booking of a property rental ourselves. We soon realised the challenge of trying to do this remotely from SA was nearly impossible. And the entire process became very frustrating.

Thankfully a friend put us in contact with Samantha and Rozanna from Juniper Shores. We had an introductory video call with them and could see they understood the nightmare we were going through. They shared their passion for guiding fellow migrators through the maze of settling into a new country, and we were sold.

On the appointment of their services, Samantha and Rozanna tackled our challenge of finding a UK rental with passion and vigour. We were kept up to date with progress and suggestions via supportive and informative WhatsApp messages, calls and videos. We really felt they were in our corner. 

After looking at a few areas, we finally settled on a rental. Samantha and Rozanna helped us through all the paperwork and guided our conversations with rental agents in the UK. This can be a tricky process, but the Juniper Shores ladies knew how to approach it.

After a few weeks, we arrived in the UK to a home that was kitted out with food for our initial self-isolation stay, a mandatory process during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thankfully, the ladies also organised sim cards for our phones and a Wi-Fi connection to keep in touch with loved ones locally and abroad. They also arranged things like inflatable mattresses, new linen, towels, and detergents to keep our home clean and tidy.

In closing, Juniper Shores have remained in contact since we have settled into our new home and were a guiding light in an otherwise daunting process. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We highly recommend them. :)"
